The herbicidal composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of (a) to (b) in the mixture is from 75:. 1 to 1:15 and the weight ratio of mixing (a) to (c) is from 15: 1 to 1: 100.3. The herbicidal composition according to Claim. 1, wherein (c) represents at least one herbicidal compound selected from the group consisting of bromoxynil, bromoxynil ester and soli.6. The herbicidal composition according to Claim. 1, wherein (c) is mesotrione or sol.7. The herbicidal composition according to Claim. 1, which is used for controlling convolvulaceae, Solanaceae, cereal, leguminous, Compositae or Malvaceae plants or to suppress their rosta.8.
