PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing tank device which facilitates handling such as removal of remaining objects and countermeasures against splash of washing water.SOLUTION: The washing tank device includes: a water storage tank 2 partition walls 26, 27 partitioning a lower side of the water storage tank into a storage part and a water receiving part a division bottom plate 4 placed in the water storage tank horizontally or with a predetermined gradient so as to cover the storage part a support part 3 supporting an edge of the division bottom plate a pump 51 arranged in the partition walls and sending washing water in the water receiving part to the storage part side a weir part 61 adjacent to the division bottom plate, including a downstream side positioned above the water receiving part, contacting an inner wall of the water storage tank on right/left edges, and including an upper edge positioned on a lower side of an upper edge of the inner wall of the storage tank and a filter plate 65 arranged on a downstream side of the weir part. The washing water sent by the pump fills the storage part, and thereafter overflows from a space between the storage part and the division bottom plate, fills a washing part formed by the division bottom plate, inner wall, and weir part, and the washing water flowing out from the weir part flows into the water receiving part through the filter plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】残物の除去や洗浄水の飛沫対策等の取扱いが容易である洗浄槽装置を提供する。【解決手段】本洗浄槽装置は、貯水槽2と、貯水槽の下方側を貯留部と受水部に二分する区画壁26、27と、貯留部を覆うように水平又は所定勾配で貯水槽内に載置されている仕切底板4と、仕切底板の端部を支持する支持部3と、区画壁に設けられ受水部中の洗浄水を貯留部側に送水するポンプ51と、仕切底板と隣接し且つ下流側が受水部上に位置し左右端部が貯水槽の内壁と接するように設けられ且つ上端が貯水槽の内壁の上端より下方に位置する堰部61と、堰部の下流側に設けられるフィルタ板65とを備え、ポンプにより送水される洗浄水は、貯留部を満たした後、貯留部と仕切底板との隙間からあふれ出て、仕切底板、内壁及び堰部により形成される洗浄部を満たし、堰部から流れ出る洗浄水は、フィルタ板を通じて受水部に流れることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
