PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure for enzyme sensors, having a working electrode provided with an enzyme layer having a uniform layer thickness and a prescribed area, and an enzyme sensor provided with the electrode structure for enzyme sensors, and to provide an artificial pancreas device having the enzyme sensor.SOLUTION: In the electrode structure for enzyme sensors provided with the working electrode and a reference electrode on a substrate, the working electrode includes an electrode layer formed on the substrate, an enzyme layer formed on the electrode layer, and a dam part for surrounding the electrode layer and the enzyme layer.
