The present invention relates to an artificial shell for capturing cephalopod including a first shell and a second shell, the first shell being provided with a cephalopod-capturing inlet and an accommodating space portion through assembly of an upper case and a lower case having the form of a vertically-divided conch shell and the second shell being arranged in an inner side central portion of the first shell and providing a spiral space portion shaped to be continuous from the accommodating space portion of the first shell.
