CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hypertriglyceridemia or hypertriglyceridemia-associated diseases contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a calcium channel blocker or fibrate as active ingredients. The calcium channel blocker is amlodipine or a salt thereof. Fibrate is fenofibrate or a salt thereof. The composition is manufactured in the form of an oral administration formulation.
