Frozen shoulder commonly combines reduction in the range of active motion. The pains and motion-range-limitation related to frozen shoulder till nowadays still are not easy to resolve. The present invention called “Therapeutic apparatus for improving active motion for the subjects with frozen shoulder” is created based on “Joint-Electricity Theory”, and its related theory, “Using the favorable component of Joint-Electricity-Generation in therapy”. The structure of the said apparatus includes a straighter for upper limb, one or more than one of fastener, a hand holder, and one or more than one of force executer. Using the present invention during the training of active motion will have the effects of reduction in shoulder pains and improvement in the range of active motion for frozen shoulder. There will be faster improvement in the active motion for the painful shoulders caused by other pathologies if they have combined using the present invention during the period their main pathologies are eliminating.五十肩一般皆併有動作障礙，其疼痛及動作障礙到目前仍不易有效處理。本發明之五十肩之主動動作治療器，為根據本發明人康淑美所創之『關節電理論』及其相關理論『用關節電優勢成份於治療之理論』所研創；該治療器之構造可包括一個直臂部、一條或一條以上之固定帶、一個手位部、及一個或一個以上之施力部。在主動動作治療之訓練中，五十肩患者使用本發明可達到明顯降低其疼痛及增進其主動動作之幅度之效果；本發明亦可應用於配合處理其他非五十肩之肩痛，在其主要病因去除之過程中幫助其主動動作之較迅速之進步。
