PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof fence capable of easily preventing approach of creeping plants to a road surface side.SOLUTION: The weed-proof fence includes: a first beam 21 a second beam 22 arranged below the first beam in a height direction of a column 5 a lower net 10 spread between the first beam and the second beam a first bracket 19 for fixing the first beam to the column and a second bracket 20 changeable to a vegetation approach blocking state in which a lower end of the lower net is brought into contact with a ground surface and a release state in which the lower net is detachable from the column to a non pavement surface side.
