The invention relates to a nucleo-reticular multi-cell dual-system ocular implant, which consists of a spherical structure with calculated and variable axial length depending on the needs of the orbital cavity, made up of a mesh of cells with alternative designs which, in turn, makes up the M.M.M system, which facilitates suturing using any technique, whether in cases of evisceration or enucleation. Thanks to its multi-cell structural design, it is easy to install, with reduced risks of migration, extrusion, exposure and extraction. Since the structure has structural gaps, it offers a higher percentage of its volume for vascularisation. In addition, it contains a fibro-vascular nucleo-reticular system, which comprises a structure based on multiple levels provided with micro-reticular tissue, and intra-level filament-based communication; with the capacity to hold drugs and/or technology since it comprises a dual system with two parts that can be screwed together, capable of being manufactured in different structural designs and biocompatible materials. Model C100 manufactured with polylactic acid (PLA), an ideal material for implants, consists of 100 oval-shaped cells. Since it is a light ocular implant, it avoids depression by settling or gravity and can be manufactured in any size.
