A color tunable dual-wavelength light source structure for plant growth is disclosed. The color tunable dual-wavelength light source structure comprises a blue-emission device, a transparent substrate separable disposed on the blue-emission device, and a color conversion layer disposed on the transparent. The blue-emission device has a blue-light element and an encapsulation layer surrounding the blue-light element for emitting a blue light with the wavelength in the range of 430 nm to 460 nm. The color conversion layer converses part of the blue light into a red light with the wavelength in the range of 640 nm to 660 nm. The conversion layer and the blue-light element are disposed on the opposite sides of the encapsulation layer respectively.
