The present disclosure discloses a composition comprising a material for promoting SRBC expression as an active ingredient and a method for screening materials for promoting adipocyte differentiation. The composition comprising a material for promoting SRBC expression as an active ingredient according to one aspect of the present invention promotes the differentiation of adipocytes and thus can be usefully used for skin care, scar treatment, etc. In addition, the method for screening materials for promoting adipocyte differentiation according to one aspect of the present invention allows to treat skin adipocytes with a test material and identify the level of relative expression of SRBC genes, thus enabling to screen materials for promoting adipocyte differentiation, conveniently, rapidly and effectively.本發明揭露包括作為活性成分之促進SRBC表現之物質之組成物及篩選促進脂肪細胞分化物質之方法。包括本發明一態樣之作為活性成分之促進SRBC表現物質之該組成物能促進脂肪細胞分化,因此可有用地應用於皮膚護理、疤痕治療等。此外,本發明一態樣之該篩選促進脂肪細胞分化物質之方法允許利用一測試物質治療皮膚脂肪細胞及鑑別SRBC基因之相對表現程度,從而可方便、快捷及有效地篩選出能促進脂肪細胞分化之物質。
