An oral formulation, and preparation method and use thereof the oral formulation comprises 1-50 parts by weight of an A-nor-5α-androstane compound, 20-95 parts by weight of a filling agent, 0-20 parts by weight of a disintegrant, 0.1-30 parts by weight of a binder, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a lubricant and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a glidant.
