The invention relates to medicine, specifically to the treatment of oncological diseases, and can be used for anti-tumour immunotherapy. Essence of the invention: an anti-tumour immunotherapy method for patients, said method comprising introducing dendritic cells (DC) retrieved from the skin, the spleen, the bone marrow, the thymus, the lymphatic nodes, the umbilical cord blood or the peripheral blood of the patient (autologous DCs), wherein the DCs are introduced into the patient in stages: in the first stage, the introduction of mature allogeneic DCs charged with a tumour-specific antigen with a maturation which is performed ex vivo is performed in the second stage, at least 24 hours but no more than 120 hours after the first stage, repeated introduction of mature allogeneic DCs is performed simultaneously with the introduction of immature autologous DCs in situ into the tumour, wherein the tumour is subjected to the action of ablation in advance or simultaneously with the introduction of the DCs. The allogeneic DCs are selected on the basis of the type of tissue compatibility antigen (HLA) of the donor and the patient, wherein the selection criterion is the presence of at least one discrepancy in the haplotypes HLA-I (HLA-A, HLA-B or HLA-C) and HLA-II(HLA-DR, HLA-DP or HLA-DQ) in the patient and the donor.
