The Pimpinella saxifraga L. extract has high collagenase inhibition activity, elastase inhibition activity, an anti-oxidant action, lipase inhibition activity, and an antibacterial effect and by incorporating this extract into cosmetics, drugs, quasi drugs, and bath agents, a useful effect is brought about.
