PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope in which an amount of water supply to an observation range is hardly restricted, the degree of freedom of setting of a water supply range is high, and sure and effective water supply to a target site is possible.SOLUTION: A raising base storage recess is recessed in the vicinity of a tip of an insertion part while turning an opening surface laterally, a tip of a treatment instrument conduit line is opened in the raising base storage recess, and a raising base is supported in the raising base storage recess so as to be raised and lowered. A tip of a water supply conduit line provided in the insertion part separately from the treatment instrument conduit line is opened in the raising base storage recess as a send-out port inclined in a direction approaching the opening surface of the raising base storage recess as approaching the tip of the insertion part.
