The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating Fabry disease. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Fabry disease including substances for inhibiting the expression of Rab5, to a quasi-drug composition, a functional health food composition, a feed or feed additive, and drinking water or a drinking water additive for preventing or treating Fabry disease including the substances for inhibiting the expression of Rab5, and to a method for preventing or treating Fabry disease by using the composition. Also, the present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing Fabry diseases including a formulation to measure the expression level of Rab5, and a method for measuring and detecting the expression level of the Rab5 to diagnose Fabry diseases.본 발명은 파브리 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 Rab5 발현을 저해하는 물질을 포함하는 파브리 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 상기 Rab5 발현 저해 물질을 포함하는 파브리 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 의약외품 조성물, 건강 기능 식품 조성물, 사료 또는 사료 첨가제, 음용수 또는 음용수 첨가제, 및 상기 조성물을 이용하여 파브리 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 Rab5 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 파브리 질환 진단용 조성물 및 파브리 질환 진단을 위하여 Rab5 발현 수준을 측정하고 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
