PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device that can be quickly and simply attached and detached.SOLUTION: The clamp device 1 includes: a fixed side clamp part 10 a movable side clamp part 20 and a connection member 30 that is slidable along the longitudinal direction of a rail part. The connection member 30 includes: a slide prevention member 40 that can prevent the slide a storage part 37 for storing the slide prevention member 40 and a slide prevention release member 50 that is inserted in a through hole 35 communicating with the storage part. The slide prevention member 40 is held between a notched part 36 and the rail part 11, when the connection member 30 is made to slide in the direction in which the fixed side contact part 12 and the movable side contact part 22 separate from each other, with further slide prevented.
