1. A coaxial infusion catheter system comprising: a) an occlusion catheter component; and b) an infusion catheter component, wherein at least a portion of the occlusion catheter is coaxially located in the infusion catheter, the occlusion catheter providing occlusion of the vessel or graft distally relative to the occlusion site, wherein the composition containing the thrombolytic agent can be infused into the annular fluid channel between the outer wall of the occlusion catheter and the inner wall of the infusion catheter, thereby ensuring the flow of the agent into the treatment area. 2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a sheath having an occlusion chamber located around a distal region of its trunk, wherein the sheath provides occlusion of a vessel or graft proximal to the site of occlusion. The system of claim 2, wherein the occlusion chamber is an inflatable balloon. The system of claim 1, wherein the thrombolytic agent is plasmin. The system of claim 1, wherein the occlusion is acute peripheral artery occlusion (aPAO). The shell for use with the system according to claim 1, wherein the shell has an occlusion chamber located around the distal region of its trunk, and the shell provides occlusion of the vessel or graft proximally relative to the site of occlusion. The shell according to claim 6, wherein the occlusion chamber is an inflatable balloon. An infusion catheter for delivering a thrombolytic agent to a vessel or graft occlusion site, the catheter comprising: (a) an infusion zone; as well as (b) an occlusal chamber1.
