INORGANIC ANTIBACTERIAL MATERIAL USING METAL ION SUBSTITUTED INORGANIC CARRIER CONTAINING METAL HYDROXIDE, METHOD FOR PREPARING SAID INORGANIC ANTIBACTERIAL MATERIAL AND ARTICLES COMPRISING SAID INORGANIC ANTIBACTERIAL MATERIAL
PURPOSE: An inorganic antibacterial agent, which is supported in the inorganic carrier, containing a metal ion-substituted inorganic carrier and metal hydroxide nanoparticles is provided to maintain a long-term antibacterial effect stably and to ensure processability. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic antibacterial agent contains a metal ion-substituted inorganic carrier and metal hydroxide nanoparticles supported in the inorganic carrier. The metal hydroxide is aluminum hydroxide, zirconium hydroxide, or a mixture thereof. The metal ion is zinc, copper, silver, mercury, tin, lead, bismuth, cadmium, chrome, or thallium. The inorganic carrier is zeolite, calcium phosphate, zirconium phosphate, or liquid glass. The diameter of hydroxide aluminum nanoparticles is 1-100 nm. A method for preparing the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises: a step of mixing aluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, aluminum nitrate, zirconium chloride, zirconium sulfate, zirconium nitrate, or a combination thereof with water； a step of adding the metal ion-substituted inorganic carrier and preparing a mixture solution； a step of precipitating the mixture solution； and a step of filtering, washing, and drying the precipitate.
