PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical combination composition achieving an additive effect in treatment of moderate to severe pain, especially in pain with an inflammatory element.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the combination of racemic tramadol HCl, and celecoxib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.
