摘要：: This invention relates to novel analogs of the DNA-alkylating agent CC-1065 and to their conjugates. Furthermore this invention concerns intermediates for the preparation of said agents and conjugates. The conjugates are designed to release their (multiple) payload after one or more activation steps and/or at a rate and time span controlled by the conjugate in order to selectively deliver and/or controllably release one or more of said DNA alkylating agents. The agents, conjugates, and intermediates can be used to treat an illness that is characterized by undesired (cell) proliferation. As an example, the agents and the conjugates of this invention may be used to treat a tumor.本発明は、DNAアルキル化剤CC-1065の新規類似体とその複合体に関する。さらに本発明は上記試剤と複合体の調製のための中間体に関する。当該複合体は複合体により制御される活性化段階後および/または速度と期間におけるその(多重)ペイロードを放出するように設計されて、1種以上の上記DNAアルキル化剤を選択的に送達するおよび/または制御可能に放出する。試剤、複合体および中間体を望ましくない(細胞)増殖により特徴付けられる疾患を治療するのに用いることができる。例として、本発明の試剤および複合体を腫瘍の治療に用いることができる。
