The present invention relates to a walking assistance system and, more specifically, to a wireless headset, a walking assistance system, and a walking assistance control method using a lidar which detects and notifies a surrounding obstacle by using the wireless headset combined with the lidar when walking by being provided for blind people. To this end, the wireless headset using a lidar according to an embodiment of the present invention is connected with a mobile communication terminal through a wireless communication to assist the walking of blind people. The wireless headset includes: a body which is formed to be able to be worn on the body of a blind person； a voice output unit which is respectively formed at both front ends of the body and outputs voice of obstacle guide information received from the mobile communication terminal； a case which is formed outside the voice output unit and accommodates a communication unit for transmitting and receiving data with the mobile communication terminal inside； and a lidar sensor which is formed in the front side of the case and receives light after emitting laser light forward.본 발명은 보행 보조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 시각장애인을 위하여 보행 시 라이다(LiDAR)와 결합된 무선 헤드셋을 이용하여 주변 장애물을 탐지하고 알려주는 라이다를 이용하는 무선 헤드셋, 보행 보조 시스템 및 보행 보조 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 라이다를 이용하는 무선 헤드셋은 시각장애인의 보행을 보조하기 위해 이동 통신 단말과 무선 통신을 통해 연결되는 무선 헤드셋에 있어서, 시각장애인의 신체에 착용 가능하도록 형성된 바디； 상기 바디의 양측 선단에 각각 구성되며, 상기 이동 통신 단말로부터 제공받은 장애물 안내 정보를 음성으로 출력하는 음성 출력부； 상기 음성 출력부의 외측에 구성되며, 내부에 상기 이동 통신 단말과 데이터를 송수신하는 통신부를 수용하는 케이스； 및 상기 케이스의 전방측에 구성되며, 전방을 향해 레이저광을 발사한 후 수신하는 라이다 센서를 포함한다.
