PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper only for exclusive use for urine for men, which has no risk in which a wearer is hurt, which has no discomfort in wearing, in which urine hardly leaks regardless of a posture of a wearer, which has high portability, and which can be easily replaced even during going out.SOLUTION: A diaper only for exclusive use for urine for men comprises: an extension part (2) for covering whole penis and left and right scrotum stationary parts (3) for covering left and right scrota. The extension part is formed of a liquid impermeable layer (21), and a liquid permeable layer (23) provided on inside of the liquid impermeable layer. An absorbent (22) is provided between the liquid impermeable layer and the liquid permeable layer. On a portion where the extension part and the left/right scrotum stationary part are adjacent, a ring-shaped first contraction part which extends in a direction vertical to a longitudinal direction of the extension part, is provided.
