The present invention relates to an amphibious seaweed removing vessel. To this end, the amphibious seaweed removing vessel comprises: a hull which is provided to cause buoyancy on both sides of a frame； a moving frame which is provided on an upper side of a guide frame to make a reciprocating motion forward and backward by a hydraulic cylinder on the middle part where an engine is put； moving units which are provided along a circumference of the hull to allow the hull to be movable on the land； a hydraulic pressure supply unit which allows a hydraulic pressure to be selectively supplied to the hydraulic cylinder； an operation unit which is provided on an upper part of the moving frame to allow a user to sit down and operate the operation board for the necessary operations for moving the hull and removing seaweed； a seaweed removing unit which is fixed on a support frame so that a lift arm is driven by the hydraulic pressure supply unit, and cuts and removes seaweed on an end part of the lift arm.
