PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify whose measurement result is a set out of multiple sets of heat rates and respiration rates of a plurality of subjects obtained by electromagnetic measurement.SOLUTION: A body information measuring apparatus includes a specification part. The specification part specifies a first respiration rate of a respiration sound that is specified as a respiration sound of a subject as a measurement object on the basis of respiration sounds of a plurality of subjects acquired at different measurement places and a position of the subject as the measurement object out of the plurality of subjects for the measurement places. The specification part specifies at least one set of a set of heart rate and a second respiration rate for each subject from movements the plurality of subjects acquired from reflection waves of electromagnetic waves applied to a range including the plurality of subjects.
