PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged ingredient-containing liquid food product having a water activity of 0.70-0.94 and made so that ingredients can be almost uniformly dispersed in the liquid food product only by slightly shaking the food product together with a package, and the liquid food product can be easily taken out of the package with the ingredients almost uniformly dispersed, and to provide a method for producing the packaged ingredient-containing liquid food product.SOLUTION: In the packaged ingredient-containing liquid food product the water activity of which is 0.70-0.94, undissolved starch and/or undissolved heat-soluble gum substance are/is dispersed in the food.
