PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which is small in the number of components to be disposed of and costs less.SOLUTION: An endoscope includes: an insertion part 5 extending from a distal end to a loose end 5b a hard part 6 which is removably fitted to the side of the loose end 5b of the insertion part 5 and is provided with an imaging unit 6a and a transmission cable 18 which is drawn from the hard part 6 and supplies the imaging unit 6a with power. On an outer surface of the insertion part 5, extended is a first groove part 30c which removably supports the transmission cable 18 along an extension direction of the insertion part 5 when the hard part 6 is fitted to the insertion part 5.
