Disclosed are a permanent waving agent containing rose-hip extract and a hair-styling method using the same. The permanent waving agent containing rose-hip extract comprises a permanent first chemical comprising 10-20 wt% of rose-hip extract to the entire weight of the first chemical which is a reducing agent； and a permanent second chemical which is an oxidizing agent.
