According to the present invention, a composite-heating insect dehydrator comprises: a case including a dehydrating space therein to be opened forwards, a door installed on the front side of the dehydrating space to be opened and closed, and an installation space on an upper side of the dehydrating space； a heater installed in the installation space； an air blower which is installed in the installation space, and provides an air blowing force downwards to supply heat generated from the heater to the dehydrating space； a cart having a frame structure whose entire surfaces are opened, and including a plurality of high-temperature casters on a lower surface thereof to be loaded and unloaded in the dehydrating space by driving the same by pushing and pulling the same by opening the door, and a plurality of slots vertically arranged to guide sliding forwards and backwards； a plurality of trays which are mounted on the slots to be slid forwards and backwards, and have a structure where bottom surfaces thereof support a plurality of insects and ventilation is possible； a controller arranged on an outer surface of the case to control operations of the heater and the air blower； and a plurality of red clay boards which are arranged on an inner surface of the dehydrating space, and perform secondary heating on the insects by discharging far-infrared radiation.
