To provide a blood magnetic stimulation device.SOLUTION: A blood magnetic stimulation device includes a magnetic stimulation unit 10. The magnetic stimulation unit 10 includes a stimulation coil 13 and is to be provided on a blood transport unit 30 or is to be directly mounted on a user 200's body. A pulse generation unit 20 connected to the stimulation coil 13 outputs pulse current to stimulate the stimulation coil 13 and apply a strong but temporary magnetic stimulation to blood flowing through the magnetic stimulation unit 10 or blood in the user 200's subcutaneous blood vessel using an electromagnetic pulse system.
