PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for crop raising support and a program thereof, which allow a farming person to quickly grasp a raising state of crop and a fertilizer application amount at a farm field by using a mobile terminal such as a smartphone.SOLUTION: An image of crops R in a farm field F captured by a smartphone 2 is sent to a server 1 being a crop raising support device with pieces of positional information corresponding to plural seedlings designated in the image, then an analysis area is specified based on the points designated on the server 1, then a brightness value in which verdure of the crops R is enhanced, from each pixel in the analysis area and a histogram is generated. Then, based on the image which is binarized by shape analysis of histogram, a vegetation rate, an estimated growth amount, and an ear manuring amount are calculated, then the estimated growth amount and the ear manuring amount are replied to the smartphone 2, then they are displayed on a screen as raising support information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
