PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor preventing bulge from being formed on a peripheral surface of an outer ring for winding up a sheet member in the retractor including an inner ring having a diameter smaller than that of the outer ring.SOLUTION: The retractor includes: a cylindrical sheet member 2 an outer ring 3 fitted to the peripheral edge of one-end opening part 5 of the sheet member 2 and an inner ring 4 fitted to the peripheral edge of the other-end opening part 6 of the sheet member 2. The inner ring 4 having a diameter smaller than that of the outer ring 3 is provided. The sheet member 2 includes, at a cylindrical molding body 9 formed into a cylindrical shape by inflation molding, a joining part 8 formed by joining partial facing surfaces to each other from a midpoint to the other-end opening part 6 excluding an area wound up by the outer ring 3, so that the other-end opening part is formed into a smaller diameter than that of the one-end opening part corresponding to the inner ring.
