PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of inhibiting irregular proliferation of an autoreactive T cell which causes various immune system diseases such as autoimmune disorder as an acute and tardive radiation injury known to be appeared at high possibility after radiation exposure; and an autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor for inhibiting the occurrence of the autoreactive T cell after radiation exposure.SOLUTION: There are provided: a method of inhibiting the occurrence of autoreactive T cell after radiation exposure; autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor therefor comprising FGFC as an active ingredient; and a method for preventing immune system disorders due to acute and tardive radiation injury with the autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor. There are also provided a method for autologous transplantation and a pharmaceutical composition, whose method comprises the following steps: obtaining immune cell or tissue comprising T cell or dendritic cell from a living body after radiation exposure or before radiation exposure; culturing the cell under FGFC; and returning to the living body subsequent to providing with the cell with inhibiting effect on autoreactive T cell proliferation.【課題】放射線被ばく後に高確率に起こる事が知られている急性及び晩発性放射線障害である自己免疫疾患など免疫系の各種疾患の原因となる自己反応性T細胞の偏増殖を抑制する方法、並びに放射線被ばく後の自己反応性T細胞の出現を抑制するための自己反応性T細胞増殖抑制剤の提供。【解決手段】FGFCを有効成分とする、放射線被ばく後の自己反応性T細胞の出現を抑制する方法、そのための自己反応性T細胞増殖抑制剤、及び自己反応性T細胞増殖抑制剤を用いた急性及び晩発性放射線障害性免疫系疾患のための予防方法。また、生体から放射線被ばく後又は被ばく前のT細胞もしくは樹状細胞を含む免疫系細胞又は組織を取り出し、FGFC存在下で培養して、自己反応性T細胞増殖の抑制作用を付与した後に、もとの生体内に戻す自己移植方法、そのための医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
