PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual function testing device capable of performing glare testing by respective targets under equivalent conditions while presenting a plurality of targets simultaneously.SOLUTION: The visual function testing device includes a target presentation part, a first light source part, and a second light source part. The target presentation part presents a plurality of targets arranged longitudinally and latitudinally. The first light source part is capable of applying first glare light toward an eye to be examined from a position separated by a predetermined distance along a first direction from each of at least two first targets arranged on one end side of the targets along the first direction, the first direction being a longitudinal direction or a latitudinal direction.
