PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form a seeding recessed part in a pot of a nursery box by accurately synchronizing the rotation of a marking roll with the transportation of the nursery box.SOLUTION: The seeder for raising seedlings is constituted as follows. A stopping arm is supported so as to be freely movable between a stopping posture and a stop-canceled posture, and an urging member for urging the stop arm to the stopping posture is installed. The stopping arm is constituted so as to be moved from the stopping posture to the stop-canceled posture by the contact of the nursery box with the stopping arm by the transportation of the nursery box when the stopping arm is in the stopping posture.
