PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair cosmetics which can spread over in wet state by spontaneously rolling on the surface of the hair if applied to the dry hair, dry immediately after applied, do not give a friction feel nor a wet feel, and can naturally unify the hair without causing hair bundle after dried.SOLUTION: Provided is a hair cosmetic containing the following components (A) to (C), wherein the content of component (A) is 0.1 to 10 mass%, the total content of component (B) and component (C) is 30 or more mass%, the mass ratio (B)/(C) of component (B) and component (C) is 0.8 to 99.
