PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the fix-net fishery is recently caused damage by mass generation of jellyfishes.SOLUTION: A hose 1 is provided with a gas release valve 2. Gas 4 released from this valve remains inside an umbrella of a jellyfish 5, and then the jellyfish 5 floats on a sea surface 6 because the jellyfish 5 has no way of exhausting the gas.
