The present invention relates to a fixing pin for mulching films, and more specifically, to a biodegradable fixing pin for mulching films which is produced by using a biodegradable composition naturally degraded in the soil to require no collection after use and thus reduce labor force and time, and is converted to an organic fertilizer when degraded to improve fertility of soil, and a method of producing the same.
