The present invention relates to a thermal sitz bath chair. More specifically, because a functional board made by firing and shaping a functional mineral matter is mounted on a seat board of a chair and an infrared lamp is mounted on the bottom part thereof, a sitz bath is possible while the functional board is heated. Since a far infrared ray and a negative ion emitted from the functional board and infrared lamp are concentrated on a hip area of a user, blood circulation is promoted and several kinds of diseases can be prevented. The sitz bath chair has a seat board (10) having legs (20) fixed on every bottom edge part thereof and a backrest (30) formed in the rear of the seat board (10). The seat board (10) has a hole (11) punched thereon, and a functional board (12), which is made by firing and shaping mineral powder into a board, is combined to the hole (11) and fixed to the seat board (10). The external part of the legs (20) is blocked by supporting boards (21) and the inner part thereof consists of an empty case.
