The invention relates to a pharmaceutical antitumor combination including cabazitaxel and capecitabine, wherein both of said antitumor agents may be in the form of a base, in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable acid salt or in the form of a hydrate or solvate, intended for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer in patients progressing after a previous treatment with anthracyclines and taxanes.Linvention est relative à une combinaison pharmaceutique antitumorale comprenant le cabazitaxel et la capecitabine, ces deux agents antitumoraux pouvant être sous forme de base, sous forme dun sel dun acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable ou sous forme dun hydrate ou dun solvat, destinée à traiter le cancer du sein métastatique chez les patientes progressant après un traitement antérieur par anthracyclines et taxanes.
