The present invention relates to an oral complex formulation comprising omega-3 fatty acid or its derivatives encapsulated in a hard or soft capsule containing sorbitol and sorbitan, as well as an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. The formulation of the present invention comprising omega-3 fatty acid encapsulated with sorbitol and sorbitan provides better prevention related materials from being formed, leading to improved long-term storage stability. The oral complex formulation of the present invention also can raise the serum HDL-cholesterol level, while reducing both LDL-cholesterol and TG levels. The oral complex formulation of the present invention is useful for treatment of hyperlipidemia.Cette invention concerne une formulation complexe à usage oral comprenant un acide gras de type oméga 3 ou un de ses dérivés encapsulé dans une capsule à paroi dure ou molle contenant du sorbitol et du sorbitan, ainsi quun inhibiteur dHMG-CoA réductase. La formulation selon la présente invention comprenant un acide gras de type oméga 3 encapsulé dans du sorbitol et du sorbitan permet une meilleure prévention en termes de formation de matériaux apparentés, conduisant à une stabilité au stockage à long terme améliorée. La formulation à usage oral selon linvention peut également élever le taux de cholestérol HDL, tout en abaissant à la fois les taux de cholestérol LDL et de TG, et savère utile dans le traitement de lhyperlipidémie.
