PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability more than in the conventional case without losing basic performance required of a vehicle air conditioning filter.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning filter 100 is configured, a reinforcing layer 13 formed by using a fiber thicker than that of a dust collection layer 14 is disposed adjacently to the upstream side of the dust collection layer 14 made of unwoven cloth and having the upstream side into which air flows and a downstream side from which the entered air flows out, and in an upstream layer 11 disposed on the uppermost steam side, the thickness of a used fiber made of unwoven cloth is higher than those of any other parts, and the roughness of a mesh made of unwoven cloth is highest. Thus, the ventilation resistance of the upstream layer 11 into which the air flows is lowest compared with the other layers, and basic performance of the vehicle air conditioning filter 100 is not lost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】車両空調用フィルタに求められる基本的な性能を損ねることなく、従来に比して、さらなる耐久性、信頼性の向上を図ること。【解決手段】車両空調用フィルタ100を構成し、空気が流入する上流面と、その流入した空気が流出する下流面とを有し、不織布よりなる集塵層14の上流面に、集塵層14の繊維よりも太い繊維を用いてなる補強層13が隣接して配設される一方、最上流側に配設される上流層11は、用いられる不織布の繊維の太さが、他のいずれのよりも太く、かつ、不織布の網目の粗さも、最も粗いため、空気が流入する上流層11の通気抵抗は、他の層と比較して最も低く、車両空調用フィルタ100に求められる基本的な性能を損ねることがないものとなっている。【選択図】図2
