To provide an implant fixture capable of strengthening bone attachment.
SOLUTION: The implant fixture 1 has a rod-shaped body part 1a a projection part 5 formed ON an outer peripheral surface of the body part 1a and a recessed part 7 which is lower than the projection part 5 ON an outer peripheral surface and is surrounded by the projection part 5 at least ON both sides. The projection part 5 and the recessed part 7 are of disk shape or oval shape respectively. Alternatively, the projection part 5 is made into a pair of projecting lines and the recessed part 7 may be made into a groove held between a pair of projecting lines ON both sides.
