Provided herein are tumor associated antigen (TAA) presentation inducer constructs, wherein at least one ISR binding binds to a natural stimulatory receptor (ISR) expressed on an antigen presenting cell (APC). A TAA presentation inducer construct comprising a construct and at least one TAA binding construct that binds directly to a first TAA physically associated with a tumor cell derived substance (TCDM) containing one or more other TAAs. .. The ISR binding construct and the TAA binding construct are linked together and the TAA presentation inducer construct induces a polyclonal T cell response to the first TAA and one or more other TAAs.
