PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserter capable of appropriately injecting and applying a viscous substance around an intraocular lens, and capable of mounting the intraocular lens at an extrusion position without displacement.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens inserter stores the soft intraocular lens, having an optical part formed of viscous acrylic resin, in a casing, and feeds out the intraocular lens from the distal end with a plunger to insert into a patients eye when used. The intraocular lens inserter has a storage part having a pair of holder tables, facing each other in the longitudinal direction relative to the moving axis of the plunger, for holding the intraocular lens. The holder table has a prescribed height for locating the intraocular lens at an upper position of the plunger out of the moving axis during storage, and mounts the intraocular lens on its upper surface.
