The present invention relates to a soluble granule containing at least one type of active ingredient of sulfonamide herbicide free acid, which comprises: (i) at least one type of active ingredient of sulfonamide herbicide free acid in 2-90 % of anhydrous weight (ii) one or more additives in 0-95 % of anhydrous weight which may be selected from wetting agent, dispersant, lubricant, anticaking agent, chemical stabilizer, and diluents (iii) at least one solid base selected from sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, potassium bicarbonate, dipotassium phosphate, potassium phosphate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium hydroxide, hydrated sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, sodium tripolyphosphate, trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate, ammonium hydrogen phosphate, sodium silicate, sodium trisilicate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, and potassium pyrophosphate. The amount of solid base is at least more than 1% of the pesticide composition, in which the weight ratio of the solid base to the sulfonamide herbicide free acid is 1:90-90:1. The sum of anhydrous weight percentages of all the ingredients in the pesticide composition is 100%.
