PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable treatment machine capable of treating a wide range of treatment sites continuously by optionally moving the rotatable treatment machine provided with at least one of rolling mechanism and a massaging mechanism in the longitudinal direction of a main body.SOLUTION: In the treatment machine having the both-side driving axes 21 of a driving cylinder 2 incorporating a driving mechanism axially supported to an outer frame 4 and provided with the rolling mechanism obtained by fitting a drum-shaped cylinder 3 for disposing a massaging member 34 every fixed interval at the outer peripheral edge on the outer periphery of the cylinder 2, movable rollers 31... for holding and moving this treatment machine are disposed on the lower parts of both sides of the frame 4 of the treatment machine, a driving mechanism 5 is connected to at least one 31 of these rollers 31, and the respective movable rollers 31 are fitted into a pair of rails 11 disposed on both of the sides of the longitudinal direction of a flat main body 1.
