PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly charge by suppressing the influence of path resistance.SOLUTION: A charging system 1 composed of an electronic apparatus 2, and a charging device 4 charging a lithium ion capacitor 28 of the electronic apparatus, comprises a temperature detecting portion 63 of the lithium ion capacitor, a charging circuit 6 making a charging current pass through the lithium ion capacitor, a charge abnormality detecting portion 64 monitoring temperature since starting the charge of the lithium ion capacitor detected by the temperature detecting portion, and a memory portion 645 storing the temperature when starting the charge of the lithium ion capacitor or the lowest temperature since starting the charge.
