PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent type expiration resistance valve capable of obtaining an effect for suppressing dynamic lung excessive expansion by improving airway obstruction.SOLUTION: The expiation resistance valve 50 arranged in an bronchi has a valve body for controlling the flow in the reverse direction capable of preventing the collapse of an airway by the increase of the inside pressure of the airway in the erasion side from the valve body when expiring by allowing the flow of air from the bronchi 51 to a breathing area, by valve body itself allowing the flow of air from the bronchi to an alveolar body when inspiring, and by suppressing the flow of air from the alveolar body to the bronchi when expiring.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】気道閉塞を改善することで動的肺過膨張を抑制する効果が得られるステント型の呼息抵抗弁を提供する。【解決手段】気管支内に設置される呼息抵抗弁50であって、気管支51から呼吸域への空気の流れを許容し、吸息時には弁体自体が気管から肺胞実質への空気の流れを許容し、呼息時には肺胞実質から気管への流れを抑制することで、呼息時には弁体より末梢側の気道内圧が上昇して気道の虚脱を防止することができる逆方向の流れを制御する弁体を備える。【選択図】図13
