PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage having excellent flavor, and containing active ingredients such as phytic acid, octacosanol and rosmarinic acid.SOLUTION: There is provided a beverage which is mixed with extract from a tea leaf that belongs to the Lamiaceae family, fruit juice from roses, chrysanthemums or Saxifragales fruit, and phytic acid or phytate mixing liquid.
