PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air pocket and air bubbles from being formed between a liner 3 and a tape agent piece 2A and, at the same time, preventing projection of an adhesive agent and crease of a tape base material in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An adhesive tape agent manufacturing device intermittently stops rotation of an original material supply roll 1 that rotates in one direction with a tape agent original material 2 wound therearound, the tape agent original material being formed by superposing an adhesive agent 2b on a tape original material 2a, so as to form a prescribed interval apart toward a tape agent piece 2A' to be supplied next； and, while rotating the original material supply roll 1 and a liner support roll 1e at a substantially same peripheral velocity, sets up a facing gap S between the original material supply roll 1 and the liner support roll 1e in such a state that the tape agent piece 2A and the liner 3 come into a slight contact state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構成で、ライナー３とテープ剤片２Ａとの間に空気溜まりや気泡を発生させないと同時に、粘着性薬剤のはみ出しやテープ基材の皺の発生を防止することを可能とする。【解決手段】テープ基材２ａに粘着性薬剤２ｂを積層したテープ剤原材２が巻き掛けられた状態で一方向に回転する原材供給ロール１の回転を間欠的に停止させることによって、次に供給されるテープ剤片２Ａ‘との間に一定の間隔を空けるとともに、原材供給ロール１とライナー支持ロール３とを略同一の周速度で回転させつつ、原材供給ロール１とライナー支持ロール３との対向隙間Ｓを、テープ剤片２Ａとライナー３とが軽い接触状態とするように設定したものである。【選択図】図１
